Are you based in British Columbia?
Yes, we are nestled next to the Peace River in NE British Columbia near a small town called Hudson's Hope.

How much is shipping and delivery?
Shipping and delivery are mostly included in the price you see (except for Haida Gwaii and Yukon there is an additional $35 - $50 surcharge for freight costs)

How do your deliveries work?
Where we can we deliver ourselves in our own reefer truck! So we do a delivery run about every 6-8 weeks to the Okanagan, Lower mainland, Sunshine Coast and Vancouver Island. Twice a year we include the Kootenays (Spring and Autumn) Every 6-8 weeks for HWY 16 out to Prince Rupert and send Haida Gwaii with Bandstra freight. Please note Haida Gwaii you need to collect in Bandstra Wearhouse.

Does the total include taxes?
Yes, the price that you see is the price that you pay (except for Haida Gwaii and Yukon there is an additional $35 - $50 surcharge for freight costs)

Do you take credit card?
No, we do not ask for payment when you order. We accept E transfer before delivery or cash on collection.
Please note: Haida Gwaii and Yukon need to be e-transferred prior to shipping.

Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver throughout the whole of BC (mainly during Fall /Winter / Spring months). Please visit the Delivery in BC tab on our website to find the closest pick-up location to you.

Are your animals really completely grass-fed?
Yes, our animals are 100% grass-fed/grass-finished/ grass-fattened. We NEVER use grain to feed our animals.

Do you use any GMOs?
NO.

Do you give vaccines to your animals?
NO

Do you give artificial hormones to your animals?

Are your animals free range?
Yes, they are free to roam 24/7, 365 days a year

Is Bison good for you?
Yes, our Bison is high in CLAs (conjugated linoleic acid), vaccenic acid, omega-3, beta-carotene, vitamin E, vitamins B (thiamin and riboflavin) and also high in the minerals: calcium, magnesium and potassium. All whilst being lower in the saturated fats that are linked with heart disease.

Bison : 85% Lean / 15 % Fat
Beef: 85% Lean / 15 % Fat

Can I make custom orders?
Unfortunately, we do not accept custom orders, however, please feel free to email us with your query and we will try to find a way around your issue so that you can still enjoy our bison and beef products.

Do you have a minimum spend online?
Yes, our minimum spend cap is $200 per order. Sometimes, our customers choose to join up with a friend and share the cost.
