Good Bad & New !

Nine days on the road and 4800 km later, Pasco and I made it home safe and sound last week Saturday night. It was a beautiful drive with the best driving conditions a trucker could wish for. Seeing every phase of spring and all the flowering trees is a yearly highlight, being able to experience it with my eldest son is the icing on the cake. We had no major incidents until we were leaving Edmonton and we had the slave bearing go in the clutch which made the clutch in operable. I had to rely 100% on float shifting, timing the lights just perfectly and shutting the engine and starting the engine in gear in order to bring the Kenworth home the last 800 km. We were so lucky that this breakdown did not happen a week earlier!

I joked on election Monday that we will all remember where we were and what we were doing the day that Canadians voted in socialism and that’s about all I will say about how brain dead many are for believing the Government propaganda being spouted by the corporate media. Canada will now rapidly be moving towards technocratic totalitarianism and I predict that many of the suicidal green policies of the EU will be pushed very rapidly into our lives in the coming year. There has been a one sided relationship in Canada since Confederation and until the west gives them the middle finger and walks away from this abusive relationship nothing will change. My only glimmer of hope is Alberta and Danielle Smith. She has more balls than all the men combined in a room. Countries need to be built around people that share core values and not just a piece of real estate with a common name. I look forward with concern and anticipation as to what will be coming at us next from our WEF Globalist prime minister. He personifies evil and has been placed in this position to bring us to the 2030 global agenda.

Our next run is planned for the end of June and this will be our last run of the season till we start back up again in September. There will be a major change happening before this fall. We will be changing things over to create a BisonGuy members only Buying Club. We are very proud and grateful to all of you that have chosen to buy from our ranch and to be part of something good. Having you all as our customers has been what keeps our sanity in this crazy world. This all said, we also want to have a business that can take care of our customer base and our customers needs. We don’t want to turn our ranch and packing plant into a monster that has to function on ever increasing production levels in order to meet and keep up with customer demands. We want to be able to manage our growth with sanity and quality and the only way we can do that is by capping off how many people that we sell to. All existing customers that have bought in excess of $400 in the past 12 months (you have until June 23rd to order) will automatically be enrolled into our BisonGuy Club and will continue to receive our newsletters and notifications. We are in the process of building a new online store which will be operational by July and all members will have individual accounts so that orders can be modified or changed without having to contact Mandy in the office. With this system it will be easier to order as all your order details (pickup location and contact info) will only have to be filled in once and all the info secured on a private server. Erika and I have discussed this a lot over the past year and it is the direction we need to go to keep family and business in balance. We will be coming up with a membership protocol as well as a system for approving new members so please stay tuned. If you have not ordered in the past year, you have until this next run of the (48 days to order) in order to be grandfathered into our new system. Stay tuned as we have more details on how we are building up our BisonGuy Community.

While Pasco and I were delivering, Mandy had a cold job in the freezer doing inventory. We have had incredible demand for our bison and what we have for inventory is it until we start processing agan in August. …so ORDER EARLY because it will be all gone by mid June. We have very good inventories of beef and please check out some of the news packs that we are offering for our next run. I know we have had a lot of new people in Bisonguy and so I will remind everyone… E-TRANSFER PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY ORDER CUT OFF DATE AT THE LATEST! We build our delivery sheet before we leave and trying to cross reference E-Transfers and then tracking down people who say they paid but forgot is very painful and very time consuming for our staff. We are trying to be as efficient as possible with our deliveries and this last go was very painful… Please pay by order cut off date at the latest or it is cash at pickup.
