Grande Cahoonas !

As a Rancher, breeding both Bison and Beef, the most important trait we look at when selecting bulls to breed the herds is to have bulls that look like the epitome of Masculinity. There is a good reason for this: the more masculine the male, the more fertile he will be and the more fertile his offspring will be. Fertility is the most important trait for profitability in a Ranch. Without it there is no production of calves. When I look at the herds of people through our travels I see a population that is totally messed up; men today are definitely not the same men from days gone by! There are a lot of chunky monkeys (Fat and Obese) types out there or also a category of males that have more female traits then male; they look like steers (rancher term for a castrated bull).
There are many factors but our diets are clearly part of the problem. Today’s modern diets are full of seed oils, processed junk, and low-fat nonsense. Most men today have less testosterone than their grandfathers did and not only does it affect their bodies but their brains as well. (Our outgoing prime minister is a great example!) A recent study that I looked up found that since the 80’s testosterone levels have dropped an average of 1.8% on an annual basis!

Without good bulls there'd be no baby's !
Testosterone is the hormone that defines Masculinity. Without enough of it; men struggle with fatigue, brain fog, decreased muscle mass and strength, poor motivation, sex drive, performance and fertility; just to mention a few issues. There is a solution: you are what you eat! Grass-Fed/Grass-Finished Red Meat is one of the best natural testosterone boosters and mainly for 2 reasons
1. High in Bioavailable Zinc – A Key Testosterone Mineral
Zinc is one of the most important minerals for testosterone production, and grass-finished beef and bison are among the best dietary sources of highly bioavailable zinc.
Zinc blocks aromatase, an enzyme that converts testosterone into estrogen, helping men maintain higher testosterone levels.
Studies show that zinc deficiency leads to lower testosterone, reduced sperm count, and impaired reproductive health.
Compared to feedlot-raised meats, grass-fed meats contain higher levels of zinc, along with other crucial minerals like iron, magnesium, and selenium—all of which support hormonal balance.

2. Rich in Saturated Fat & Cholesterol – Building Blocks of Testosterone
For years, saturated fat and cholesterol have been vilified, but they are essential for testosterone production.
Testosterone is synthesized from cholesterol, and diets too low in animal fats can result in hormonal imbalances and lower testosterone.
Grass-finished beef and bison provide healthy saturated fats and the right kind of cholesterol that the body uses to produce hormones..

If you’re serious about building strength, increasing energy, and keeping your testosterone levels in peak shape, Grass-fed and Grass-finished Beef and Bison should be a staple in your diet. Grass-fed and Grass-finished red meat isn’t just food—it’s fuel for Masculinity. Your testosterone is your power—fuel it right and grow Grande Cahoonas!
